Outstanding service and excellent staff! Service was very fast and staff was personable but very professional. All shops may have an issue from time to time, but if A2Z has an issue, they will make it right. You can not find a more honest or stand up business owner and crew in the Midlands area! They are an 11 out of 10..

if I could give less stars I would. I brought the truck in to get an idle fluctuation fixed. After 2 weeks replaced a part. That didn't fix the problem, so they wanted to do more work. Weeks of no communication and me having to continuously call to try to get someone on the phone to give me info. I was told they are still trying to find the problem. after 3 months of very little and difficult to have communication, I was told that they couldn't figure it out and for me to come get it and just pay for the part. that was fine ... read more
10 out of 10 would recommend. If I could leave 6 stars I would! All the service advisors were super friendly and I even met the owner. Brandon was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what was wrong with my car. The mechanic must have been related to road runner because my car was fixed in no time! If you need a place to get your car fixed, LOOK NO FURTHER!
