Update, new location, new attitude and it wasn't good. Took my Audi in today for a repair. The service rep at the desk addressed me blankly as though what I was asking for was absurd. I simply said my Audi has a air suspension fault and I was bringing it in for service. Granted I had been here recently for an oil change and had really considered making this my service vendor of choice for my Audi since my other choice was much more inconvenient to get to. They are always friendly! They are knowledgeable and do well to explain the service needed to be performed. I trust the work has been done the right way the first time when I bring my vehicles here!
Myself my children and my family only use A to z to fix any of our cars. we do drive BMWs and they are the best when it comes to prices and getting the work done correctly without going to a dealer. I recommend A to z to anyone who has a high-end car that wants it done correctly. these are your people.
My experience here was awesome. Miss Lexie and the team there were great. The technical issues were fixed better than Dick Dwyer Mercedes.
