I just wanted to shoutout James for being an amazing service tech. He was professional and knowledgeable on my equipment and service needs. I was hauling two pontoon boats on 06/11/26 when one of my wooden saddle pads broke and slipped from underneath the boat. He met me at the love’s in Westburn, IN and lifted the boat on the rear of my trailer. I was then able to replace the missing saddle pad with a metal one. Got my car towed home the driver was friendly and no problems.. .. not many tow companies in Williams county all the tow companies that I called was overpriced most towing companies are high these days . They was the cheapest ones that I can get .. I broke a ball joint he was careful loading the car on the flatbed

I got charged 6 hours labor.. $900 he was only here for 2 hours at $150/hr 1 hour to load a welder????? 1 hour to drive 2 hours working 1 hour driving back 1 hour unloading welder???? Way to stick it to a Owner Operator.
