After having taken a year off CrossFit I decided to dip my toes back in and get myself back into the community. I’ve done 2 drop ins so far and Wow! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! The gym is very clean and organized! The workouts have been quite challenging and push my limits! Couldn’t be happier!
I've been training with Justin and all the other coaches for a few months now, and I can confidently say they’ve completely changed the way I approach fitness.
