Great gym! Dropped in for a hyrox workout! Immediately felt very welcomed. Also great energy and a fantastic facility!
Kyle was a great coach! He paid close attention to my form throughout the session, offering clear guidance and encouragement that made me feel confident and supported. The classmates were pretty stellar also - everyone was friendly and genuinely willing to share tips or demonstrate stretches. They took time with me after class to show a few specific stretches I could do at home, targeting some of my personal pain points, which made me feel cared for beyond just the workout. First day back to the gym after a 9 month break and felt so welcomed and glad to be back!!!! Coach Jen was super helpful with letting me know how to start out with my weights since it’s been a little while. So happy to be back and get into the swing of things again! I was a little nervous walking in today but felt so comfortable as soon as I was greeted.
