Dan and his team were excellent! Dan is friendly, honest and a good human! The work was completed in a timely manner and the car looked like it was brand new inside and out. Dan was especially kind to my young adult son, which was so very appreciated.
As a woman, I’ve always felt a bit vulnerable and nervous going into a garage—and unfortunately, my first experience confirmed that fear. I was scammed by a big chain garage in West Kelowna. Thankfully, I found A2D. Dan and his team not only fixed my car, but also repaired the damage caused by the previous mechanics—at just a third of the price I was originally quoted! They did fantastic, efficient work and provided genuine great customer service. I can’t recommend these guys enough!
Crazy busy shop and there’s a reason for it. Dan cares and tries to make it right. They do great work and do work other shops won’t touch. Definitely a shop that Kelowna needs!
After my daughter had an accident in the family car, ICBC wanted to write off the vehicle even though the only damage was to the doors of the vehicle on one side. We went looking for a second opinion from another shop with the cash settlement from ICBC, and A2D was recommended to us both by our mechanic, and by a coworker.
