10/5 points. Lachlan was incredibly helpful and supportive. Our brakes broke down in our 3t 6 months old caravan while we were on the road. It was not simple to fix, since it turned out that the brakes were a Chinese one off production of poor quality and poor compatibility and even though this is a warranty case, the manufacturer was not very cooperative to say the least... Thanks again Lachlan. driving down to Sydney from Brisbane, we dropped a wheel bearing on tne trailer. called around town and Lachlan could've been more helpful. even though he was under staffed, he said to bring it straight in. within 1hr we were back on the road. great customer service, fair prices and a nice fella
