Very disorganized. They did my brand new dishwasher installation. He quoted me a price and I chose his company based on reviews and that price. On the day, the price ended up being more as he did not include the parts in my quote. He honoured the price as much as he could but it was a mass miscommunication. Part way through the job, he wanted to leave to go to another job and I said no as my kitchen was in-useable until he finished.
