Customer service very ordinary. Called within their, so called working hours with no response. Left a message and still waiting. So will go elsewhere

Ordered 19 December never received my order tracking number given to me doesn't exist...no reply to emails

Appalling service ,rang company a week after not receiving my order in the time frame, to be told they have just put it in the post today, coincidence I think not, I felt that if I didn't phone they would of kept my money and done nothing. Still not sure if if I will get my order , hopefully it won't take another phone call.

Purchased 2 stools 17th NOVEMBER for Christmas presents, 1 was received on the 27th November. I emailed to ask when I will be receiving the 2nd stool, was emailed back on the 4th DECEMBER and I quote "i can confirm that the warehouse is in the process of sending out the missing item". I rang on the 14th DECEMBER, as NO stool had been received. Was told it had been sent from the Melbourne warehouse, and they will try and find a tracking number for me, but got no phone call back.
