Terrible customer service skills. The look I got when I walked in was crazy and then he just stared at me until I said something. Told them what was wrong didn’t even look at it and told me a price that was I feel un reasonable. Just a very uncomfortable environment and not friendly.
Wants to rush me out not even giving me one minute to look over anything or ask a question. Says that got other customers to get to so they can’t deal with the one whose money they already got
They are always efficient and courteous. Great group of guys!
50 year Spring resident. I’ve seen mechanics come and go. Good and bad. Right now this Springs best automotive shop, Excellent mechanics and management. They are not there to “Take You For A Ride” Honest and Dependable.
Mike is great. He always gets my cars in and out. I have found my mechanic while living in Spring. Couldn’t recommend anymore.
