Edited to add: I've now used them twice - once to build my fence and now to put together a greenhouse. Same great experience several years apart. First job (fencing): These guys are awesome. Super friendly, efficient. They were very patient with my questions and evolving project needs, took care of all the nitty gritty details (permit, ordinances, etc.), and put up with my barking dog for three days. Highly recommend.
I can't say enough good things about Brandon and his team. We had a complex fence situation across multiple property lines. Brandon was so communicative and patient as we figured out logistics. He provided estimates and photos for multiple styles and installation was quick following the deposit. The fence he built is perfect and has improved the yard and property so much. I would use A2 Fence again in a heartbeat!
I just had a wonderful experience with A2 Craftsmen. It is a local small business run by brothers, Brandon and Chris. They were very communicative, extremely fairly priced, and they finished our fence in the timeframe they estimated – quality work too!! We had a steel-post cedar fence installed, with a new shed constructed onsite as well. Both the fence and the shed are perfect, and we couldn’t be happier. We had neighbors that watched them work and requested estimates for their fences too.
Apparently, they are not interested in earning my business. I replied via their website, and also called and talked to their Artificial Intelligence assistant, and have never heard anything form them. So much for customer service being a priority. Edited to add, after I wrote this review I was contacted... only by Text Message, wherin I was told the lack of contact was my fault because I didn't schedule with the 'AI' bot.
