My first time getting electrolysis. Loubna is skilled and knowledgeable. She explains everything. She is efficient, so got a lot done on my first appointment. She is easy to talk to and friendly & honest. I look forward to my next appointment and treatments until I am free from facial hair. Her address is on Addison - not Belmont. Her price is fair as electrolysis is not cheap. The treatment only caused slight redness which was gone in 30 minutes. I will repost again at the end of my treatments.
