This has been one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a mechanic shop. They kept our truck for 4 full days and did absolutely nothing to fix it. The staff constantly gave us false updates, and we believe they lied to us and scammed us. Because of their dishonesty and lack of professionalism, we are now in serious trouble with brokers and lost valuable time and money. Dnt use them these folks the biggest liers called them at 7 pm for a flat tire they said they would be there in 30 minutes never came I called again at 10pm they again said he there pulling up right now I’ll see you in a sec still no show finally call again at 11:30 the owner said he’s coming hisself since I been waiting so long fast fwd it’s 6 am and I’m still stranded on the highway never even called back

I needed a mobile mechanic and have used A 1 in the past, twice. Those times were the same. But, I had another vehicle to drive so I let them string me along until they got here. This time I only have the one I can use and I was told they would be out in a couple hours. Hours turned to days with repeated promises of being there in a couple hours. Left my truck stranded for 3 days. Kept getting the run around on when they would be there to work on it. When they finally show up it takes them 4 hours to get one bolt off my starter. Still charged me and didn't put anything back together like I had asked them to. If they would've been up front with me about everything I could've made it home for the holiday by calling someone else or a tow service.

I called this man name Jim with A1 Mobile to come look at my Malibu. He came right out, diagnosed my vehicle, told me what he thought was wrong with it. He explained all the parts and the functions of each of them. He fixed what I asked him to. As a matter of fact, he came back hours later to make sure i was satisfied. I called the next day for him to fix something else. He didn't hesitate to come fix that also.
