Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I went in for a head wash and was charged $55, which I expected to be a premium, relaxing experience. Instead, it was a total waste of money. The lady who served me was highly unprofessional. Right in the middle of the service, she started talking on her cell phone and kept talking throughout. It felt incredibly rude and neglectful. If you are going to charge high prices, you should provide professional, focused service. Save your money and go elsewhere.

It was an amazing experience in the salon I got a beautiful haircut and customer service was excellent. The salon owner is very kind and suggests things that are right and look good on us. I will surely visit again.
