Had high hopes for this place as one of my battle buddies recommend me to them. I reached out to book a rental I was sent a link to pay and after about 5mins the invoice expired. I called back to see if they were able to send another and they didn’t answer. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Very very unprofessional. The lady that answers the phone hangs up very fast before you can even get a word out. She has absolutely no patience at all. The worst service I ever experienced. Oh and let’s forget the car cut off after I paid to extend it and was stuck at a gas station. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
She was rude on the phone and unprofessional.
