Alexis Silvestre requested payment in advance through PAYPAL and after almost 2 months, he hasn't shipped my items and no longer responding messages through IG. At the end of the day, this guys seems like he is scamming people. FILLING A COMPLAINT WITH BBB due to this matter.
I decided on treating myself for my birthday by installing ambient lighting + foot wells and starry lights on my Lexus ES. I came to A1 customs after seeing their great work on Instagram however, what IG doesn't show you is the shitty job they do and the lack of accountability and poor customer service skills.
