Texted through IG how much was for the kit to get it and install it on my own. Alexis Silvestre requested payment in advance through PAYPAL and after almost 2 months, he hasn't shipped my items and no longer responding messages through IG. At the end of the day, this guys seems like he is scamming people. FILLING A COMPLAINT WITH BBB due to this matter.
I decided on treating myself for my birthday by installing ambient lighting + foot wells and starry lights on my Lexus ES. I came to A1 customs after seeing their great work on Instagram however, what IG doesn't show you is the shitty job they do and the lack of accountability and poor customer service skills. They installed the lighting on the door pannels and the car door no longer opens from the inside. Great work, loved it. Got ambient lighting done by mlyfenyc and they did a terrible job. Went to A1 customs and it looks like my car came with ambient lighting originally. Love the work. Thank you so much!
