I DO NOT recommend this business. They never showed up for the booked job (carpet clean) with no explanation, and were impossible to get a hold of despite multiple attempts to both call and text the owner. Very poor service.

Would not recommend this company at all. After making a booking the company is hard to get in contact with other than text messages (unless you furiously call them). The 'cleaners' were over an hour late to start with. They then tried to charge extra for blinds to be cleaned (even though they advised all internal items would be covered). They then advised carpet and pest cleaning would be done the following day (after a few excuses that I rejected they found someone to clean that day). Avoid at all costs. We had a nightmare of an experience when we booked a bond clean with A1 cleaners. The first clean they did was deemed unacceptable by our property manager so we asked for a reclean and sent photos and extensive instructions detailing what needed attention. In the meantime I returned to the apartment to see for myself and was shocked. I strongly suggest avoiding this company, between being hours late and unable to account for the whereabouts of their cleaners, and trying to make me pay extra for which were already included, they were absolutely appalling. They also offered me a significant discount for leaving a good review, which I later found is against consumer Law.
