Fantastic mobile notary service! Yes this business is still active, just send Vince a call or text message and he’ll respond. 10/10 recommend. Side notes: Very flexible with scheduling & rescheduling, very kind and professional, with government documents Vince uses blank ink which is good because I learned recently that government agencies are a stickler when it comes to colored ink.
