This was a for sale by owner and a realtor recommended Gail Gilbert with A1A Beachside Title. I googled A1A Beachside Title and saw a few negative comments so I questioned Gail about them and she explained that she had a disgruntled employee and that most of her business is from the same realtors in the area and by word of mouth. I'm glad the realtor referred her as this was the best experience I've ever had with selling a property.
I have to agree with the above - its amazing they stay in business. Gail has to be one of the worst business owners I have ever come across. Beware ! Look at other options.
Very competent, friendly and courteous. Closing took a total of 15 minutes due to the efficiency of this company. Highly recommend.
I have never in my life been treated the way Gail Gilbert and her employee treated me!! They acted if they were the only title company in Brevard county.And the way they trash Realtors in this area I am surprised they even get business..
I have done a good amount of business in the United States and I have to say that I have never had this experience.. First I am absolutely sure the owner Gail Gilbert was drunk At 11 a.m... I also had some really bad things said to me by her help Darci Thompson for not having the proper contract form with me and she demanded I pay in cash and when i refused they did not want to do business with me .. I hope all companys in this area are not like this one!!!!! I recommend stay away
