Walked in to a partial greeting. Owner barely looked up at us. Went in for parts for a Dyson vacuum and they had the all parts we needed. My husband is very handy and questioned that it shouldn’t be to hard for him to fix it himself. Owner’s response was that he installs the parts or he could sell him the parts. He wouldn’t answer a simple question because we were not having him install the parts. He rang up the parts without a thank you or goodbye. Granted... we didn’t use his installation service, but bought $50 in parts. ... read more
