Got puncture repaired and spare tyre valve replaced at A1 this morning. Very helpful team there and clean efficient service. Highly recommend these guys as there is no upselling or anything and they have always been very honest and helpful
I visited A1 Tyres around 1pm with a simple request for a puncture repair. The staff member told me they were busy and would need to keep my car until 4pm. I explained that was fine, but asked if I could quickly drop a friend off and return in 20 minutes, leaving the car until 4pm as requested. His response was that if I brought it back in 20 minutes, he “wouldn’t have time to do it.” This left me confused, as the car wasn’t going to be worked on in those 20 minutes anyway.
