We had issues with our septic system and not knowing what it could be, we looked up this company and called to help us. A man come out to our house but didn't even introduce himself and walked straight back to the septic; our septic was so overflowed, all they could empty was the water and it immediately filled back up with water. This company and Rodney Payton replaced my septic system pump. It didn’t last a year. When I called them back for service, they came out, looked at it, but left without making the repair. Now, he won’t answer his phones and he won’t return my calls. In the meantime, my septic system has been overflowing for more than a month! I called Greene County Public Health Department to file a complaint and they informed me that Mr. Payton’s companies, Koogler’s Sanitation Services and A-1 T.R.K. I give this buisness an f- they have very bad service and do crappy work I do not reccomend to anyone, we had a1 koogler on our property and not a week later we had to have a real septic buisness come back and do it the correct way, after numerous attempts to get our money back Rodney then ignored all of our calls.. Very very bad man to do buisness with! Highly not reccomended!
Rodney, in my opinion, is a thief and commits fraud on a regular basis. Check the Greene county court records (court view), both municipal and common pleas, he has failed to pay taxes, property and income. He has paid relative theft of lumber and had to pay $700 judgement. He won't finish what he has agreed to, and will try to keep your money. ALWAY, get everything in writing as you'll need it later for the court action.
