On 07/12/2025 i was involved in an accident with a tractor trailer (roll over). A1 responded on scene and were highly professional. I advised them I am from out of State and they worked all arrangements with me without hesitations. Even allowed me in their lot after hours. Having dealt with multiple tow companies through out my career I must say that A1 has been the tow company that in my personal opinion has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND. After our motorhome broke down along I-81, we contacted our roadside assistance through State Farm. It took them 8 hours before they finally called Ryan with A1. Before State Farm called us to say they were sending A1, we had a call from Ryan said he was on his way and would arrive in 15 minutes. Ryan and his partner were there to rescue me and my 30 foot truck within 45 minutes of calling for a tow...even on a Saturday of a Holliday weekend.
