Fantastic local folks that are friendly, courteous, professional and will treat you vehicle like it was their own. Family owned and operated business, very fortunate to have them in our area. When my wife's truck broke down, they came out to Jonesborough and took it to a great transmission place in Newport, for a very reasonable tow. Honest and very dependable folks, really can't say enough about them, when you need towing, battery service, lockout do not hesitate to call these folks, you will be very glad you did.
Super nice people both on the truck and in the office
A1 Towing saved the day when I was stranded on Interstate 81 in the middle of nowhere, about 30–60 minutes from the nearest town. They told me the tow truck would take about 45 minutes and kept me updated as the driver got closer. After towing me to one shop that refused to work on my truck, they took me to another shop free of charge so I could get back on the road. Very grateful for their help.
