Dealt with Ellie and Tiffany, awesome ladies, fantastic customer service! Would definitely have no problems stopping by even just to say hi to either of them.
I have 2 units at the Hwy 127 south location.. Tiffany is always so very helpful, she is professional yet personable and always answers my questions n my concerns.. I recently had an issue n called, Tiffany was on vacation.. so I spoke with Ellie .. she helped me with my issue, however when I called back she didn’t remember speaking to me .. Update: they have hired someone to handle calls and be in the office. My calls are now getting through to someone and being returned. Updating from 1 to 4 stars. If the customer service level continues, I will update again later to 5 stars. For context, I am leaving the original review below. I’ve been renting a unit for almost 2 years. They are slow to respond to calls. They do not staff the office, even though they post office hours. It’s a game of constant phone tag.
