Having a bad communication issue. Job was done. Never got a call or comeback after sprinklers weren’t working right
I had A-1 sprinkler start up my lawn sprinkler system May 11 and asked how much I owed . Wrote a check for $80.00. On May 13 noticed problems with 3 sprinklers. Called and asked if they would stop by and adjust sprinklers that were not working properly. Ivan came and made several adjustments. I then received another bill for $80.00 plus $5.00 for gas and a repair. In 40 years anyone I have had stands behind what they do and makes adjustments when needed. Have never been charged twice to get system going. Very disappointed.
