They are a joke brand new under 7 hours on it cub cadet belt keeps popping now that they fixed it belt pops and won't even run after warranty work really
Great service, better prices than big box stores. Local owner who works in the business everyday. They have always been honest with me even offering to give the parts that have been replaced.
UPDATES too Took my club cadet weed trimmer here for repair(4/30). That was a MONTH ago!!! I called today (5/29) and talked to Steve and was told oh... it got over looked. He will try to get it done friday!?!? Seriously this places tells you 2 weeks and then you find out it got over looked because other repairs came in behind it. Update: No call on Friday like told. So called back again on Friday(5/31). Now found out they broke a cable on my weed trimmer and they "claimed" they couldn't find a replacement since it was a olde... read more
As a small business owner myself, one of my top priorities is to value other people's time! Especially, potential customers! The owner Steve spoke with me numerous times before we brought our lawnmower to his location, after which he tells me, they do not work on electric mower! Like, really! Maybe if your hopes of getting more potential customers, in hopes of selling something wasn't your first priority, you would've ASKED, if this was an electric mower! I'll also update club cadet as to your intake service, which SUCKS!
