I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful speech therapist! She is kind, patient, and genuinely cares about helping her clients. I had lost hope after my daughter aged out of tricounty regional center and I didn’t think I could find a speech therapist but Melanie exceeded my expectations she is so patient attentive overall just great and the process my daughter has made I couldn’t thank Melanie enough
We’ve had a wonderful experience with this speech therapy clinic. Our daughter didn’t speak at all when we started our sessions here but after a year and half, she has made exceptional progress with patience and encouragement working with Melanie. She is great with kids, she uses their interests to create an easy and fun atmosphere for learning! My daughter loves going here. They are professional and friendly to work with. . Highly recommend this place to any parent looking for speech therapy.
They never answer the phone!! I've been calling this place for a week. They screen their calls also with google voice which is annoying. I called Monday to to set up an appointment for my son. No answer. I left a voicemail, no call back. I called twice Tuesday. Someone picked up the second time to only tell me whomever works the desk wasn't there and to leave my info and I'd get a call back. It's now Thursday .. I called AGAIN.. no answer. We are so fortunate to have Melanie help our 6-year-old son for the last year and a half! We now can understand him a lot better and he is able to immerse into a school environment without difficulty. We look forward to continue to see our son progress leaps and bounds.
