After unsuccessfully trying to fix my hot tub with another Technician I called AI Spa S.S. and was very happy with the service and the techs honesty. It was a loose wire and he didn't want to charge me since he was in the neighborhood. After that he serviced another friend's hot tub and he was also satisfied with the service. Very knowledgeable guy. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
