I first visited A1 Smile Dental last August 2025 from Austin, TX. A1 Smile came highly recommended by a friend who lived in Playa for a bit. Everything from scheduling, the courtesy and expertise of the staff, the care and thoroughness of the procedures, the follow-up / after care... was excellent. I cannot say enough good things about A1 Smile Design. Real talk, this was hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. From the very beginning, everything was easy. They arranged transportation from the airport and picked me up from every hotel and resort I stayed at during my trip. Every driver was friendly, professional, and always on time. Do not delete this review A1 Smile On our first visit, was our aunt she had a cleaning and felt they did a great job, however on our first visit , my visit while they were doing my cleaning the suction wands fell on the floor and the dental hygienist tried to put it back into my mouth. This was the first time that I have had dental work done outside of Canada and any initial concerns were very quickly eliminated! There were significant cost savings achieved by getting a root canal and crown done at A1, but more than that, I believe that the treatment itself was second to none. All of the dental equipment appeared to be state-of-the-art and the dental team did everything they could to ensure that both they and I were fully satisfied.
