I highly recommend dealing with a different company! Courtney Alexandra / Edwards was extremely rude with me on the phone for no reason at all. I think she definitely needs to review her PR skills. Also, I still haven't figured out why the owner is using two different last names. That's pretty shady activity.
No stars, if i could. Very dry, monotone service. told me to "call someone else to do the shutters". wasn't very interested in doing business. would NOT recommend
