I had to call twice to get an appointment set up for septic pumping and county inspection requirements. (People are busy...I get it...was willing to overlook this.) Overall they were polite and accommodating. I wasn't going to be home when they arrived so we were instructed to leave a check and the inspection form on the front door. They completed the form and left a receipt. Today I went to use the hose I keep on my back deck and couldn't find it! The spigot is about 20ft from my deck and on the other side of a tricky gate.... read more
