Terrible place. They threw all of our personal stuff away pictures important information.
Tow truck pulls up and back right back out. Call the office to talk to someone about this truck on private property at 10:30 at night. Like what the hell. I have kids sleeping for school and would like to know why they were here.
1.)their hours are absolutely ridiculous. 9am-4pm M-F is a joke. love that I'm going to have to use 3 hours of vacation to pick my car up next week. 2.) they put my neighbor's address on a POSTCARD regarding my car having been repossessed by them. extremely unprofessional and not to mention an EMBARRASSING sharing of sensitive personal information. 3.)asked tow operator to leave at time of repossession which they are legally obligated to due according to pa state law.
