We bought a 5th wheel from here back in the winter. The woman and her son guaranteed everything worked. They did not show us that the hot water heater would work on electricity so once we get it set up guess what it doesn’t work on electricity. The son came out and looked at it and said all it needed was a new switch. They got the switch had someone come out and put it in. Which took months to get this done. I purchased a camper in July 2022 & still haven't gotten my plates or title, paid cash, I have contacted Peaches many times, she assures me that she will get the title in my name, put the wrong address is what she said, I went to get a copy of the title but it isn't even in my name or A-1 Rv, still in previous owners name!! I would not send my worst enemy to these people!! Don't waste your time or money!! I'm getting a lawyer!
I have still never received my tags and its been almost two months
This place is horrible. We purchased an RV from them on March 10th, 2023. It's now July 12th, 2023 and we still have no tag, registration or title. We paid cash, 100 dollar bills, no financing. We have contacted them more times than we can count about this. These people have told us so many different stories. First they tried saying that the Hunt County computers were not working, for 3 weeks. I called the county and was told everything was working. Horrible service, i was told 4 Rvs was available. After viewing i was told they were sold from a different person. No greeting or assistance and the rvs are pieced together. I recommend avoiding this place.
