I was involved in a major accident with my RV and truck in may of 2020 in Texas. A close friend of mine who works in the auto body industry in Reno committed to fixing my truck and recommended A1body shop to fix the RV. I called A1 and spoke to Al. I thoroughly explained our situation and location. Al took down all of my information and said they could definitely fix me up so he made an appointment for me to bring the RV in to start the process. A1 had installed a door on the RV I purchased from a private buyer last year. The latch failed and I brought my RV in at the end of the day last Friday. Tom and a few others came out and fixed it on the spot. Frank told me he would contact the manufacturer in hopes of getting me a new latch under warranty.
Horrible place, they damaged out new trailer & now will not fix it. Always an excuse. The owner doesnt care enough to go to the office & Mike ( general manager) is mean & a tyrant. They wont release there insurance company information to file a claim. They say they support SPCA with sale proceeds but its money raised by cheating consumers.
Salesman David Suber was nice, knowledgeable and as helpful as possible. The manager, Dawn, refused to do warranty work on the new Arctic Fox we purchased. We are now dealing with Northwood directly to have it repaired. The 5th wheel was not cleaned inside for delivery as is customary (also per Northwood), and now we are waiting to see if they really did mail a refund check due us or if that was another lie.
