We had Joe out to clean our sewer line of tree roots and descale all our lines. Joe said they would arrive at 8 am and they were at our home promptly at 8 am. They explained the process thoroughly and did a great job and cleaned up when they were finished. Here’s the best part, the cost was far less than other quotes we had! They were very professional and friendly. We HIGHLY recommend A1 Rooter!

Joe and his team are the best. Don’t waste your time calling anyone else. We were so thankful to find him to fix our clogged sewer and flooding basement when others couldn’t. He gets the job done fast and is in communication from start to finish. We appreciate you and your services. Thank you!!

About as fine an experience you can have when your toilet doesn't work. Joe came right away, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, showed me our Orangeburg sewer slowly collapsing, and helped us find the service we needed to replace that. When a tangential problem emerged a few days later (our fault, not theirs) he came out right away on a Saturday to fix that, too. I'd absolutely use them again. I'm a pretty happy customer.

Just the best! Responsive, knowledgeable, professional, capable, efficient. Remedied the problem quickly, and cleaned everything up as neat as a pin. Has just the right equipment, and the know - how to use it. Highly recommend.
