Did our laundry and the floor drain in the laundry room overflowed. Called A1 Rooter Service and Tony called and said they were in the area and would be there in 20 minutes. He and his partner ran a camera up from our underground storage tank, saw those pipes were OK, then came into the laundry room and snaked out the drain. It's pretty old, so it took about 45 minutes to get it clear. They cleaned up after - not a bit of dirt or water on the floor. Really great service!! We would definitely call them again if needed.

We have had this company come out to our place twice in the past couple of years. They do a wonderful job! I would highly recommend anyone to use their services.

Called A1 when our basement drain was backed up. I called at 7:30am on a Monday morning, certainly not expecting same-day service especially for a Monday but figured I had to try. They got back to me quickly and put me on the schedule for that evening. They ended up being able to come at 10am that same day! I was very relieved. They snaked the sewer line and showed me the camera footage from the pipe. They took care of the issue very quickly and were extremely helpful with recommendations and answering our questions.
