Called A1 when our basement drain was backed up. I called at 7:30am on a Monday morning, certainly not expecting same-day service especially for a Monday but figured I had to try. They got back to me quickly and put me on the schedule for that evening. They ended up being able to come at 10am that same day! I was very relieved.
