They squeezed me in during a very busy "frozen pipes" season. They were friendly, courteous, made sure I knew what they were doing and cleaned up really well when they finished. I hope I never have frozen pipes again but if I do ill be calling A1 Rooter!

When the pump went out on my septic tank, someone in the septic industry referred me to Joe at A1 Rooter Service. My whole experience with Joe was extremely positive. He is prompt, polite, professional, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend doing business with A1 Rooter Service.

Did our laundry and the floor drain in the laundry room overflowed. Called A1 Rooter Service and Tony called and said they were in the area and would be there in 20 minutes. He and his partner ran a camera up from our underground storage tank, saw those pipes were OK, then came into the laundry room and snaked out the drain. It's pretty old, so it took about 45 minutes to get it clear. They cleaned up after - not a bit of dirt or water on the floor. Really great service!! We would definitely call them again if needed.

We have had this company come out to our place twice in the past couple of years. They do a wonderful job! I would highly recommend anyone to use their services.
