No follow up of any kind ! Was looking for a good company to start doing projects on my 1910 home, they showed up was nice, talked said he would get me a email of the things we talked about for the estimate with 48 hours, over two days later I had called thinking maybe they had the wrong email or just got busy, Brad the owner said I would be receiving a email that afternoon with the estimates.
