Worst customer service ever!. They acuse me of not paying a bill. For a specific date. Send me all invoices to date for review guess what no invoice existed for the accused date. I am even more furious its only 2:30pm on a Saturday I can not reply to an email sent or leave a voice male.. for real??? Ridiculous!!!!worst customer service ever...........!!
Brand new state of the art equipment, super responsive and was able to help me same day! Would highly recommend.
I had a great rental experience and highly recommend them to anyone needing equipment for a construction project. They had the auger I needed, quick help in loading it, expert advice - even the tiedown straps to keep the auger in place. The crew were very professional.
Rented equipment here many times, never had a bad experience. Guys on site give ya a quick run down on operation and make sure you have everything for transport: right size ball hitch or straps. Nice guys and the equipment is always up to par. No breakdowns!
