I would leave negative stars for the company in San Diego. First the guy was very shady and picked us up and brought us to a shady place. Nothing was in the office and it was very dirty looking with a computer, phone, fax machine, credit card machine and some sort of scanner for license. They robbed me of money. I booked the car with Expedia and paid them. Expedia sent my money to them. If I could provide less than one star, I certainly would. This place is a crock of nonsense, to say the least. God forbid you book through Expedia, or another "value" company - it will take you hours and hours to resolve ANY issue. You will not be able to find any information about who owns this BS company, or who to contact. You will be left in the dust.
Worse car rental experience. We did not even get to the car rental place. We got to the airport and were asked to call a number when get there. We called and they told us to get in the bus to the airport car rental location. Once we were there all the car rental companies were there except for Priceless. We called and they said that there were going to pick us up from where we were. He said I will be there in 15 minutes. After several calls and after one hour passed they still weren’t there. I wish I could give zero stars. The absolute worst rental experience I have ever had.
I rented a vehicle from them off of Priceline, got a great deal until I got there. They told me per California state law they had to charge me over $100 for insurance even though I had full coverage and had proof. I asked for a copy of the contract multiple times which they denied or either “sent” but I never received it. When I finally got it AFTER returning the vehicle and being back in my home state it showed that I had requested insurance on the vehicle.
