Priceless Cancelled our reserved car the night before our trip at 10pm. They were not helpful in providing another car and really put us in a bind.
This place is a scam! I recently rented a car from this place, in San Diego. They filed a bogus claim against me! I took three photos prior to taking possession of the vehicle, as they requested. Those photos showed nicks and scratches all over the vehicle. The only area of the viehicle that the pictures did not show, was the corner of the front bumper on the passenger side. This company tries there best to sell you extra insurance! Better rental companies around
The only nice part of my experience with Priceless Car Rental was the price. I arrived at the car pickup location at the scheduled vehicle pickup time. No one was there, so I called there phone. No one answered. Several minutes later, I received a call from them and they informed me that someone would be there in 45 minutes. I ended up waiting over an hour for an employee to arrive.
