COWBOYS, DO NOT USE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Dropped my new fridge and dented every side of it badly. Told me they don’t have insurance so I have to pay extra to claim. Took double the time of other companies to move the same stuff. Rude and creepy operators. I have used plenty of removal and this one is definitely not professional, the worst experience. Soooo, moving is hard, second to death they say and I’ve felt it, packing my bits and bobs accumulated over 13 years…then I get a removalist (before I got A1 Removals)…and 4 guys showed up with absolutely NO experience and after seeing they didn’t even know how to move my bookshelf, they admitted they had less than 1 month experience…so then I called Shane from A1 Removals (a friend had recommended) and he said he’d be there the next day!
