this company did a roof on a rancher of mine several years ago - first home, young couple. in just a few years i had severe rotting due to lack of proper installation. totally rotted fascias, rotted walls, rotted joists, rotted plywood and various leaks. they caulked all over the place where they should have used flashing, they didn't use drip edges, the staggering was completely wrong and they went over the old roof, effectively voiding the warranty of the long term warranty shingles they sold us. of course when you look th... read more
