Just had a refrigerator contractor from A1 come to my home for a repair. He damaged my hardwoood floors. After dealing with A1 they are not willing to stand behind their repair man to fix the damage and they're saying it's not their responsibility. I would not ever use this company again. After having just refinished my floors and having on video that this man screwed them up it's absolutely ridiculous how they've handled this situation. A1 Appliance it terrific! They kept us up to date not only when they would be out but also let us know that day just how long before Brett would be arriving. Brett was very knowledgable and helpful regarding the issue with our appliance. Brett explainded everything thoroughly let us know all of our choices.

Our home warranty company sent this company sent this company out to fix our built in microwave. This big dude shows up, shady as heck!!! He refused to take our co-pay in the form of a check, saying he "has had too many issues with checks bouncing"... we quickly learned why!!! We paid him in cash (thankfully we were smart enough to get a receipt). He tried to talk my husband into doing a cash only side deal, without going through our home warranty. Yeah, right. They got out quickly however the technician when he was diagnosing the issue didn’t seem to know exactly what the problem was. While he was there we were talking about the fact that we had thought about getting a new fridge. He told us that we had 30 days to change our mind about the part if we decided to go ahead and get a new fridge. I thought that was a little odd but I took note of it. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Greg. Greg fixed my mother in law's stove. He was polite and pleasant to work with. He also took the time to explain what was wrong with the stove. Will definitely use this company again. Thank You! Greg!

Timmy did a terrific job. He is friendly, kind and polite. The fridge is running smoothly and he goes the extra mile to make sure that the appliance will function with no further issues. He arrived early and got done quickly. He took care that the work area was left in good condition. This is a company that can be trusted with appliance repair needs.

A1 Quality Appliances came out to do warranty repairs on our Dishwasher. The technician looked at everything tested it and told is he needed to order three parts. He said he would get back in contact with us soon. He left parts of the dishwasher off and shoved them underneath the dish washer. He never returned any call. When I called A1 Quality they had no idea who I was. Several emails and they finally acknowledged they had a technician to our home. They said he would call us back. That never happened.
