Great Service!! The guys were so nice who came to do our carpets! Harel who scheduled the guys to come was so great and extremely accommodating, we needed an emergency carpet clean and he made sure his guys were here the same day - so appreciative, and on top of it they did a great job - the guys were very respectful..... We definitely will be using them in the future, book them to the Drapes of the upholstered pieces. A1 gets an A++

Harel was extremely great, my carpet was so dirty, I thought I was going to move out from my apartment because it was so dirty, the apartment manager refused to clean the carpet, but Harel brought life back to what was death, he gave my apartment carpet new life, he was on time, he called to let me know when he would arrive, no stress, pricing was great for the enormous job he did, I will use his services over and again.

A1 Pro Cleaning did not meet my expectations at all. I scheduled an appointment to have my upholstery and carpets cleaned, and the service was extremely disappointing. The technicians arrived late and didn’t have the right equipment, which led to a very sloppy job. My carpets still had stains, and my couch wasn’t cleaned properly. I tried calling their customer service for a resolution, but no one returned my calls. The price I was charged was far too high for the quality of work done. I had a terrible experience with A1 Pro Cleaning. I hired them for a carpet cleaning service, and from the start, everything went wrong. The team was over an hour late, and when they finally arrived, they seemed disorganized and unprofessional. The cleaning was rushed, and my carpets were left with visible stains that weren’t there before.
