HOMEOWNERS BEWARE: Our Pine Castle property was the management of "A1". There were strict stipulations regarding which renters would be selected to occupy our property. This company is disappointing to say the least! I have several properties and fired them for managing them all. Natalie talks a good talk. She should be a car salesman. She's that good. They do not do the walk thru as they claim. When it came to legal suites she would never follow thru with them. I lost money because paper work was never filed with the courts. My property was not maintained properly, A1 didn't do proper walk throughs, they were always late when giving me my rent money even when the tenants paid on time. I was told by the owner of A1 that they do inspections every 6 months which was not true. A1 always sent my rent money late, and always blamed the tenants or their accountant at which I found out that A1 was just holding on to my money, they don't return phone calls, just not a place you want to manage your investment.

These people talk a good talk, but do nothing for the money you pay them. They will let the tenants destroy your house. Check the Better Business Bureau
