Very poor customer service. Dale made appointments twice and failed to turn up or inform that he was not coming on both occasions. If you cant you a job then please let your customers know.
Dale was fantastic! He removed our spa quickly and efficiently and was able to come with very little notice. Dale even carefully removed the speaker system without being asked, so we could use it elsewhere. Left the whole area clean and mess free, no hassle at all. He was also a really lovely person to deal with. I highly recommend Dale and A1 Pool Removals.
