This was our first time using A1 Plus. The level of Communication leading up to the appointment was the perfect balance, On the morning of the appointment, Sergio called right-on-time with his ETA, and accommodated my request to not knock or ring the doorbell. He pulled up in an A-1 marked company vehicle, and was dressed clean and professional. He quickly gave me a fair onsite quote, and completed the job on the spot.
