Had an appt sometime between 1pm-4pm. I waited until 4pm and gave them a call and was told the tech was running late and might be here in a hour or so. Would have been nice to get a notice. Cancelled the appt and will go with a more reliable company.
Called before arriving Lance came to my home to give me an estimate. I thought my house needed a 10 k generator, when it actually needs a 18 k or 22 k. Very knowledgeable. Informed me of the warranties, maintenance available through A1. Very satisfied with his representation. Ariel arrived on time. Great guys. I enjoyed watching them work. Great experience. I actuality callled them after hours because i saw that they were open 24 hours even though my request was not an e emergency. Some one did answer and immediately that next morning I got a follow up call to confirm and even got a courtesy call to let me know that Sergio was 30 minutes away. He was friendly, professional and efficient.
