Came for fixing a leak, replaced leaking tap and old pipework, quoted a price, however that wasn't including vat and didn't mention it either. I recommend anyone asking for a written quote before agreeing to have work carried out. In response to the business owner becoming so defensive, I thought I'd state the guidelines of the advertising standards authority.
