Not transparent...had an issue with a service call and called the office immediately and was told I would hear from the owner and it has now been 2-3 days and I have not received a call back..would not use again or recommend
I used them to replace my water heater and I am very happy with the work they did and how they handled everything. And the price was good too. I also liked the personal approach and good communication and ease of the entire process Five stars! I highly recommend them.

What a fantastic organization! This was my first experience with this company. The hot water heater starting leaking out and honestly we didn't know who to call. A friend recommended them and what an awesome experience. We're really happy. A manager by the name of Rich called us back and within a very short time he was able to send someone over to shut off the water and evaluate the situation.
