As a tradesman myself I know how helpful it is to call, someone pick up, arrange a time and date within a few days, do the job as requested and answer any questions in a professional and most importantly timely manner. Couldn't recommend more. Simon was super helpful. If everyone was like this life would be much easier. 10/10 will be using again.

Significantly over quoted. Reduced the amount significantly when challenged. Quite likely that they broke our cistern when replacing the flush valve, resulting in us needing a new toilet. A leak developed from a hairline crack after there work was completed. Communication was equally as poor. We waited weeks for quotes and emails.

We needed to get a couple of small plumbing issues sorted which A1 did really quickly, to which we thank them. Andy was very considerate and professional. Would recommend and would use again.
