Jay has been doing our plumbing for a few years and recently put a new water heater in for us. We have a lot more hot water now and feel that the job was done when they said it would be! I would recommend him and use them again.
I recently opened a new bakery and hired Jay to do the work. When we hired him it was by a referral of someone we know. When we talked to him he told us he would be fair with the price and the labor. We trusted him on this which was our first mistake. We should have got a quote! After he was done with the first part of the work we got a nice heft bill of \$2,700 and all the work was not yet done.
