After concentrating on running for the last few years and not doing much gym training, training at A1 for the last few weeks has been an amazing way to get back into it. A great gym with top class coaching and friendly, encouraging members, it’s the perfect environment to hit your fitness goals, whatever level they may be. I’m fully intending to keep training at A1 going forwards. I’ve enjoyed it so much and really made progress even though I’ve only been a member for a short time so far!
