If I could give zero stars, I would. What was supposed to be a one-week repair turned into nearly four weeks. During that time, we were informed that the vehicle had been further damaged while in their care. On the initial assessment, we were advised to replace both headlights so they would match. We agreed to pay for the second headlight and have it fitted while the vehicle was already there. I had a terrible experience with A1 Panel & Paint. After trusting them with the repair of my car, I was left extremely disappointed. The paint job was so poorly done that I had to take my vehicle to another repair shop for a redo. To make matters worse, when I picked up my car, I noticed that one of the badges was missing. My partner and my self were quoted round $800 to fix a simple problem that no way it they can justify charging so much rip off merchants
They’re really helpful but too many customers the processing time maybe be slightly longer than others
