This company tried to **** me into a $2500.00 replacement. They tampered with my equipment to make it look like a failure. All that was needed was a new electrical wire. I did the fix myself after my horrible experience with this company.

As we stated in our phone conversation we are more than willing to give you a full refund if you send us the video footage, which you claimed you have, of our technician on site. Once we receive that footage and can validate your claim we will be more than willing to resolve the matter.
A1 Overhead were very responsive to my needs and were able to schedule a same day service review with installation of a new door within 2 days. I am very impressed with their initial response. As yet I cannot evaluate their full service or product.
